SPOKANE, Wash. – Three Spokane Valley children died in a crash near Hanna, Alberta on Wednesday.

A 16-year-old girl, an 11-year-old boy and a young baby girl were declared deceased at the scene.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) said an SUV with the Spokane Valley family on board was traveling westbound on Highway 570 and collided with a semi tractor trailer unit traveling south on Highway 36.
