Father arraigned in son's death

SPOKANE -- A Spokane County man came face-to-face with a judge Wednesday in his arraignment. Lester LaFleur is charged with vehicular homicide in the death of his four-year-old son.
His son, Gerrin, died in August when he fell off a pick-up truck near Mt. Spokane. The family reported the truck was not moving at the time. But the medical examiner's report shows the child's wounds were not caused by a fall alone and indicates the truck was moving when he fell.
