UPDATE at 8:30 a.m.: WSP says the driver of the semi is being taken to Spokane for a possible broken collar bone.
SPRAGUE, Wash. — Washington State Patrol is on scene for a rollover collision on I-90, three miles east of Sprague. A semi is leaking fuel onto the roadway.
WSP reports a semi truck is on its side and leaking about 250 gallons of diesel fuel. The road is not blocked.

Troopers said a tow truck is on the way and there are no life threatening injuries.
Troopers also said the crash is due to drivers traveling too fast in the current icy roadway conditions.
