POST FALLS, Idaho -- Idaho State Police said three people were injured in a wrong way crash on I-90 early Sunday morning.

Authorities said Ashley Daily, 30, was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of I-90 between Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene when she hit another car head-on.

Officials said the driver of the other vehicle, Victor Deleon, 38, was injured and transported to Kootenai Medical Center. Police said Delon was not wearing a seatbelt. DeLeon's passenger, Janell DeLeon, 37, was also injured in the crash.

Daily was also injured and transported to the hospital.

I-90 was blocked and traffic was rerouted for about three and a half hours.

The crash is still under investigation.
