SPOKANE, Wash.— Several Spokane police officers responded early Thursday to a domestic violence dispute on Spokane’s South Hill.

It happened around 5:30 a.m. at an apartment complex near 55th and Freya.

Authorities said the details were scarce but two people got into a fight.  At some point, a woman was cut on the hand though it is unclear how.

Officers said the wound was not minor and the woman refused medical treatment.  No word yet if any charges will be filed in the case.
