SPOKANE, Wash. -- Spokane Police executed a search warrant in North Spokane Tuesday and arrested a woman in an ongoing burglary investigation.
The home was located on the 5900 block of N. Cochran.
Detectives from the South Police Service Area had been investigating a burglary where the losses amounted to over $100,000. According to authorities, surveillance video from the victim gave investigators information that led them to the N. Cochran address. Spokane Police also received tips from neighbors about suspicious activity at the home.
Investigators said the Spokane Police SWAT was used to help execute the search warrant Tuesday due to the past histories of individuals with firearms as well as the nature of the burglary investigation.
Police said one suspect, Summer Allen, 33, was arrested. She was booked for Conspiracy to Commit 2nd Degree Burglary and 1st Degree Theft.
Authorities expected to make additional arrests in the case.
