SPOKANE, Wash.--The victim of a Garland District drive-by shooting told police he got into a fight over an adult program that was on TV before he was shot.

On Tuesday, court documents revealed new details about the Saturday afternoon shooting.

Detectives said the victim got into a fight with a neighbor before the shooting. They said the victim was watching adult television and the neighbor was worried kids saw.

However, the victim told detectives the shooter was a white male that he had never seen before. Police released photos Monday of an SUV they believe was involved in the drive-by shooting. Police described the vehicle as dark blue and possibly a GMC.

The victim also told police that he was “done with gangs.”
