SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- KREM 2 has new details on Tuesday's federal raid of a Spokane Valley property.

Jerry Colvin said he's the owner of the land and shop that was searched by federal agents and the North idaho Violent Crimes Task Force. Colvin told KREM 2, he's been renting the space since October to a man named Ian Harris. Colvin said Harris told him he was using the shop to fix cars.

Harris was arrested following the search and made his first apperance in Federal Court Wednesday afternoon. He plead not guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute more that 50 grams of meth and one count of distributing more than 50 grams of meth.

The indictment against Harris said he was involved in the distribution of meth dating back to March of 2012.

Federal Agents still won't say happened during yesteray's raid. They also won't realease if Harris' drug charges are related to the raid.
