POST FALLS, Idaho -- A Post Falls man was injured after his truck was hit by a train this afternoon.
It happened about 11:30 this morning at the crossing at North Spokane Street and North Stagecoach Drive in Post Falls.
Idaho State Police say 29-year-old Christopher Meagher was northbound on Spokane Street and did not yield to the oncoming train. The train hit the passenger side of Meagher's Chevy Silverado. The pickup came to a rest on the northwest side of the tracks.
Authorities say Meagher was injured, but was not transported to the hospital.
