LINCOLN COUNTY, Wash.-- Medics rushed three people to the hospital, including two small children, late Thursday after a driver ran off the road and rolled their car.
Washington State Patrol troopers said it happened 17 miles west of Davenport on Highway 2.
Troopers said Alma Carranzatapia, 23, was driving east on the highway when she drove off the road to the right. Carranzatapia then rolled the 1997 Ford Explorer.
Medics rushed three passengers in the car to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane with unknown injuries; 32-year-old woman, a 1-year-old girl and 8-year-old girl. Carranzatapia and a 4-year-old girl did not suffer any injuries.
Troopers cited Carranzatapia for driving too fast for the conditions. Troopers said all five passengers in the car were wearing their seatbelts.
