SPOKANE, Wash.— Authorities released the names on Friday of the three officers who fired during a deadly shooting Tuesday.  Sgt. John Gately, Detective Neil Gallion and Detective Neil Gallion fired when Jeremy Arnold drove through police barricades and got out of his truck with what appeared to be a gun. Arnold, the suspect in a nearby murder, died at the scene in North Spokane.

Officers had the roads blocked off prior to the shooting to investigate the stabbing death of Tracy Fergerstrom, 46. Police said Arnold killed Fergerstrom.
