AMBER Alert for 3 missing Spokane boys abducted by father

SPOKANE -- An AMBER Alert has been issued for three young boys from Spokane, possibly abducted by their father.

Spokane Police say Chad Phillips may have abducted his three sons, Kaleb, 10, Dawson, 8, and Bishop, 6, last seen near Indiana and Monroe around 12:30 this afternoon in Spokane.

Spokane Police say a Superior Court Judge gave custody of all three Phillips children to the biological mother this afternoon. Police say Phillips took the children after the court appearance, and possibly fled to the State of Indiana.

Kaleb is 4', 80 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Dawson is 3’, 60 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Bishop is 3’, 50 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Police say Phillips may be driving a 1996 green Monte Carlo, Indiana license plate IU4676.  KREM 2 News also spoke with the mother on the phone and she says Phillips is driving a dark green, 2-door, 2004 Monte Carlo with Indiana or Ohio license plates.  Phillips is 5’10”, 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

Police say Phillips has a history of assault.
