SPOKANE, Wash-- A third party linked the suspect in Douglas Carlile’s December murder to one of his former business partners with a lengthy criminal history.
Suspect Timothy Suckow was arrested Monday for shooting Carlile in his home according to police. Multiple sources said F.B.I. Investigators raided the home of Carlile’s business partner, James Henrikson, Tuesday in North Dakota.
Detectives revealed Wednesday that Suckow knew Todd Bates, a man listed in court documents as one of Henrikson's employees.
Witnesses said Bates would beat up or intimidate people who caused him problems. The documents also revealed Henrikson’s contact information was found in Suckow’s cell phone.
