Thief steals Pacific Harbor Distributors' aluminum

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- Thieves cut through fencing and stole $6,000 worth of aluminum from Pacific Harbor Distributors on Sunday night.

Authorities searched the scene at 6600 E. Main on Monday. Spokane Valley Sheriff's Deputies said the suspect got away with of a unique aluminum pipe. The owner said the aluminum pipe is very unique as it is fluted aluminum, meaning it has a curved appearance.

The stolen pipe was an inch and a quarter in diameter and between five and eight feet long according to authorities. The pipe is used to make boat docks, lifts and frames.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward to anyone providing information leading to the arrest of the suspect(s) in this incident.  Persons with information should call the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-800-222-TIPS.
