Downtown shooting suspects escapes, two meth arrests

SPOKANE, Wash.--Spokane police are searching for two people who got away Monday night in a shooting between cars on Division in Downtown Spokane.

The shots were fired just after 6:00 p.m. on Monday at the busy intersection of Main and Division.

Police said there were two cars involved. Police caught up with one of the cars and saw damage from what they said appeared to be a shotgun.Two people from that car were arrested for meth possession.

Witnesses said the others took off in an older model white Cadillac. Those suspects are described as a man and a woman in their late 20's. The woman was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and the man was in a black hooded sweatshirt according to witnesses.
