LEWISTON, Idaho -- Idaho State Police caught a suspect they believe stole a car Thursday.
Officials say they tried to stop a 1994 Buick Skylark around 5 p.m. in Lewiston but the driver refused to stop.
Authorities pursued the vehicle northbound on I-95 up the Lewiston Hill. the pursuit continued to Evans Road where the suspect turned eastbound onto a private drive.
Police arrested Joseph Heidelberger, 26, and was charged with 2 counts grand theft, felony eluding, driving without privileges, and driving under the influence.
