COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho -- Three more people were arrested in connection with a home burglary in August. The first arrest happened just days after the burglary.
Investigators said the burglary happened the evening of August 4 in the 900 block of North 16th Street.
Detectives from the Police Department arrested Patrick Hamill, 23, Kaitlyn Gray, 19, and Trevor Robinett, 22 Tuesday. Earlier, the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force had arrested Derek D. Hague, 24, two days after the burglary.
Detectives are still searching for the valuable coins stolen from the home. The homeowner said the burglars got away with one safe, but left another in the driveway.
"It's just, an uneasy feeling for one thing. I mean it's a loss for dad - he's collected them for a long time. And took a lot of his stocks and spent them on the coins" Marla Ross, homeowner, said.
Police said the two safes had a combined $250,000 worth of coins.
