COEUR D’ALENE-- Strong winds whipped through Coeur d’Alene golf courses Friday, but it didn’t stop golfers.
Some golfers didn’t let a little wind get in their way at Ponderosa Springs golf course.
Jeffery Groat and his friend Meleina Sheffiel teed off at the first hole playing in flip flops and keeping a cocktail close by.
Both of them say these high winds could be their secret weapon or an excuse for a high score.
