SPOKANE, Wash. -- If you thought the wind was extremely strong during Saturday's storm the data from the National Weather Service in Spokane backs that up.
The storm that slammed the region brought primarily 30-40 mph gusts throughout the region, but in some places it was much stronger.
Here are the top ten peak wind gusts from Saturday's storm:
68 mph -- Midnite Mine (Wellpinit, WA)
56 mph -- Sandpoint Airport
55 mph -- Lincoln
53 mph -- Kettle Falls
51 mph -- Washtucna
49 mph -- Mead
49 mph -- Loomis (Okanogan County)
48 mph -- Felts Field (East Spokane)
47 mph -- Bonners Ferry
46 mph -- Coulee Dam
Spokane Int'l Airport recorded a gust of 39 mph and Coeur d'Alene's top gust was 43 mph.
The storm moved through with no measurable rain in either Spokane or Coeur d'Alene.
