SPOKANE, Wash.--Police re-arrested the Spokane man who claimed he shot and killed a man in self defense in 2013.
Police arrested Sebastian Buskirk for drug charges in January. This is the second time police have arrested Buskirk for drugs in two months.
In October, police said Joseph Sebastian Buskirk shot and killed Brandon Compogno on October 8. Buskirk claimed he was trying to trade drugs for food stamps, a Blu-ray player and sex with Compogno’s girlfriend. He was later arrested on drug charges.
Police said the shooting is not a closed case and charges may be filed later.
