SPOKANE-- Spokane Police Detectives are searching for a missing and possibly endangered Spokane woman.

Loved ones of 20-year-old Kala Williams reported to police they haven’t heard from her in more than three weeks and are concerned for her welfare.  Anyone with information about her possible location is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.

Spokane Police received a missing persons report from Kala Williams’ boyfriend on April 2, 2012.  He reported last seeing her near a home at 2300 West Broadway several weeks prior.

Williams attends church with her mom twice a week, yet her mother has not had any contact with her since March 23, 2012.  Williams lives in Spokane and is familiar with the area.

According to her family she has recently been using drugs and they fear for her safety.
Spokane Police handle more than 450 missing person cases each year, in addition to the nearly 2000 runaway reports, and appreciate tips from the public in their investigations.
