SPOKANE – The Spokane County Elections office counted another 4,800 ballots Monday.

That brings the total number of ballots cast in Spokane County to 103,700. To date, voter turnout in Spokane County was 38.41% for the Washington primary on August 7.

Election results are not official until they are certified on August 21.
