WASHINGTON--The Liquor Control Board voted Wednesday morning to limit licenses for marijuana production to just one person.

Growers will be allowed to produce up to 70% of the maximum growing space for which they applied. That clears a path for the agency to begin issuing licenses.

The limits were recommended to meet consumer demand while preventing sales to other states and minors.
