SPOKANE-- Shots were fired when U.S. Marshals arrested a felon in Spokane County.

They arrived at Tony Gust’s home in the 22000 block of West Jacobs Road near Airways Heights around 4:20 Friday afternoon to issue a federal warrant for probation violation.

As they arrived, Gust reportedly ran into his trailer and pulled out a gun. Deputies had to use a taser on him, which caused shots to fire from the gun Gust was holding.

Gust was then taken into custody.

He has been booked into the Spokane County Jail.
