NORTH SPOKANE-- Police followed all possible leads after two Spokane County deputies were shot Tuesday afternoon. They canvassed neighborhoods are the area to search for anyone who could have been involved in the incident.

Police questioned four people at a home at Alcan and Price, south of Country Homes Boulevard. KREM 2 News crews did see police cuff two men and two women and take them into custody. Police have not said if this is related to the shooting.

Early Tuesday night a SWAT team surrounded another home near Nevada and Princeton because they reportedly believed another suspect could have been in a home in that area. After several hours, police entered the home and a motor home out front, but there were no signs of any suspects.

Two men and a woman were surrounded by police and detained for questioning at that home. It turned out that they had no involvement whatsoever to the shooting.
