COLVILLE, Wash.—Power was back on Tuesday morning in Colville after be out all night.

Authorities said a man was driving a dump truck around 11 p.m. Monday with the loader in the “up” position.  He snagged power lines with it and pulled down at least one power pole.

The crash knocked out power to over 1400 customers for about three hours.

No word on any injuries or charges the driver may face.
