QUINCY, Wash. -- Authorities in Grant County arrested a man on Thursday wanted for attempted murder.  Sheriff’s deputies caught Arnoldo Mendoza, 20, at a home along Mountain View Drive.
 
Sheriff’s deputies, Quincy police, the U.S. Marshals Service and the Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team raided the home around 5:30 p.m.
Tips lead authorities to Mendoza.

He was on the run since allegedly shooting Luis Ochoa Murillo, 23, around 7:30 a.m. on July 19 in a blueberry orchard west of Quincy. Mendoza fled in a pickup truck which was found abandoned in a nearby orchard and he had escaped an intensive dragnet ever since.

Murillo was shot multiple times in the abdomen according to Grant County officials. Murillo remains in the hospital.
