CRESTON, WA-- School District leaders canceled an early release for students on Monday morning. The decision came when Avista crews restored power around 11:30 a.m.
Creston S.D. staff previously planned to release students at noon due to the outage. Leaders sent out the original message about an early release around 11:05 a.m.
