SPOKANE, Wash. -- Police believe that drugs may have led to a woman being shot and then dropped off at the hospital Friday night.

Police were called to Sacred Heart Medical Center after the victim, in her twenties, arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds to her chest. They said they have struggled to get the victim to cooperate and she is well known to police.
