SPOKANE, Wash-- Authorities surrounded a home early Tuesday after a reported shooting in North Spokane.

Authorities said they received a call around 4:30 a.m. for shots fired near a Safeway grocery store on West Francis.

Spokane Police Department officers managed to track a possible suspect in connection to the case to a home on Post.  They surrounded the home around 5 a.m. hoping to talk to witnesses in the case.  They said the shooting could be self-inflicted.

They planned to release more details later Tuesday.
