Police searching for knife-wielding attempted robbery suspect

SPOKANE -- Spokane Police are looking for a man who used a knife in an attempted robbery late Thursday night.

Police say he might have known his victim. This happened around 11:45 p.m. outside near Wellesley and Nevada.

The man wasn't hurt.

Police brought in a K-9 unit to try to track the suspect but weren't able to find him. If you have information that could help in this case call Crime Check at 456-2233.
