NAMPA--The Nampa Police Department needs your help to find a missing, possibly abducted, 2-year-old child.
Italy Phebe Ortiz is 3 feet tall, weighs about 30 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair.
The child was ordered by a court to be returned to her mother, America Solis, on April 22nd.
Italy was last seen with her father, Joel Ortiz-Martinez. He was last seen driving a silver 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse with Idaho plate 2CHU675.
