MOSES LAKE, Wash. -- A million dollar warrant has been issued for a man suspected of kidnapping and killing another man from Grant Co.
Adrian Rodriguez, 28, is charged with kidnapping and first-degree murder in the death of Tracy Fullbright.
Fullbright, 29, was found bound, gagged and with several gunshot wounds in a ditch Oct. 17.
Witnesses say Rodriguez accused Fullbright of inappropriately touching his young daughter the day he was killed. Rodriguez allegedly punched Fullbright, then bound and gagged him before putting him into the trunk of his car.
Police say Rodriguez drove Fullbright to a location near Roads 10-Northeast and L-Northeast in Moses Lake, where he shot him.
Rodriguez is currently in Franklin Co. Jail for separate charges. He is scheduled for release Dec. 9. Grant Co. officials will then take him into custody.
Police say both Rodriguez and Fullbright were members of the Norteño gang.
