SPOKANE VALLEY -- A driver backing out of a business hit a man who happened to be walking behind the pickup Friday morning. It happened at Sprague and Balfour at about 8:30 a.m.
The pedestrian says both he and the driver didn't see each other. He has a broken arm and injuries to his abdomen, but should recover.
Police say the driver will not be cited.
