SPOKANE, Wash.—An overwhelming amount of support is pouring in for a volunteer group that feeds local veterans. Crooks took off with the group’s trailer and grill in July. Now a reward is being offered to find the culprits.

On Monday, KREM 2 News asked for the public’s help to find a stolen trailer.  The trailer, which belongs to Point Man International Ministries, vanished from a North Spokane storage facility the week before.  Volunteer Mike Zorn described the trailer as his baby because it helps him feed veterans all over the area.  The trailer included a massive grill inside and all of the supplies.

Since the story aired on KREM 2 News, Crimestoppers has promised a reward for information to help find the trailer.  Zorn has also received calls from all over the Northwest offering to help.

He called the support “overwhelming.”  People have called Zorn and offered to donate cash and grills.  Zorn said he even received an offer from Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers.

Zorn hopes viewers can track down his trailer soon. In the upcoming weekend, Zorn has an event schedule in Central Washington. It is a camping trip for veterans and he was scheduled to barbeque for dozens on Friday night.
