SPOKANE-- With temperatures dropping to the single digits, KREM 2 News wondered why anyone would go outside at all.

KREM 2 News was able to find one Spokane woman who went looking for even more cold.

Joanne Quinsy swears she does get cold.

On Monday, she was the only person standing on the ice listening to 80’s music.

She says since she was dressed for the weather, it wasn't not that bad.

The Ice Palace in Riverfront Park doesn’t get much wind, but it is still a huge sheet of ice.

The Ice Palace says people will skate in pretty much any weather, but even they admit a wind chill below zero might be pushing it.
