SPOKANE, Wash. -- One man was arrested after a SWAT raid at a home in North Spokane Thursday morning.

Authorities said SWAT raided the home at N. Madison St. and W. Jackson Ave. looking for stolen property around 6 a.m. Investigators said teams came across other illegal goods in the process.
Officials found methamphetamine and a firearm inside the home.

Law enforcement officers had to break a window to get inside the house.

Gary Wayne Taylor, 46, was arrested and booked into jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the first degree.

Taylor has previous felony convictions making it illegal for him to have a firearm.

Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including ATF agents.
