NEAR OMAK, Wash.-- The Okanogan Sheriff’s Department searched Tuesday for two boys who went missing from the area.
Family members said the 12-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy got lost Monday while on a school trip on Moses Mountain. Family members said the boys attend Paschal Sherman Indian School in Omak.
Authorities initially searched for the boys but later declared them runaways late Monday.
According to the boys mother, the two were found Tuesday morning by a hunter. They were taken to an area hospital and checked in O.K.
