COEUR D’ALENE—A Coeur d’Alene neighborhood is on the lookout for vandals after they found obscene messages spray painted on their fences and road signs this week

The vandalism occurred Tuesday night in the Landing Neighborhood.

KREM 2’s Cole Heath spoke to neighbors about the vandalism.

Neighbors told him that one of the messages was so obscene they placed a tarp over it.

Crews are trying to remove the spray-paint left by the vandals.

The Landing’s outer wall, street signs and private fences were all targeted.

The paint left more than $800 in damages.

Investigators say this is the fifth time The Landings has been targeted in the past three years.

No suspects have been found yet.

The Homeowners Association is offering a reward for the arrest and conviction for whoever is behind this.
