Narcotics search warrants lead to arrests in Boundary County

BOUNDARY COUNTY, Idaho. -- The Bonners Ferry Police Department announced on April 7 that multiple law enforcement agencies served narcotics related search warrants near Madison Street and Highway 2 and Augusta Street and Purcell.

Officials said they recovered several grams of suspected methamphetamine, heroin and drug paraphernalia at the two locations as well as firearms in possession of a convicted felon.

Officials said the warrants were served nearly simultaneously as part of an on-going effort between local and federal authorities to end the importation and use of illegal narcotics in Boundary County.

Officials arrested the following people:
 
Brenda Woods 5/22/1969 (Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance)

Alexandria Jones 10/15/1995 (Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance)

Jacob Navarro 6/7/1991 (Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance)

Nathan Gomez 10/12/1993 (Frequenting a Drug House)

William Woods 6/14/1990 (Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to distribute & Ex-Felon in Possession of a Firearm)

Chad Woods 01/16/1994 (Misdemeanor Possession of Stolen Property)

Jonathan Beckman 2/21/1994 (Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Frequenting a Drug House)

Russell Mock 3/14/1990 (Misdemeanor Obstructing and Delaying a Police Officer)

All of the suspects were booked into the Boundary County Sheriff’s Jail.
