(KOOSKIA, Idaho) -- A driver went of the shoulder of Leitch Creek Rd., down and embankment, and came to a rest upside down in a creek just after midnight Tuesday, according to Idaho State Police.
ISP reports the driver Jeremy J. Clark, 35, of Kamiah, Idaho died at the scene. Three passengers are hurt and were sent to Syringa Hospital, and St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center for treatment.
ISP reports alcohol use is being investigated.
