SPOKANE-- A murder suspect is scheduled for arraignment Thursday afternoon.
Derrick Vargas faces a 1st Degree Murder charge in the death of Evon Moore, who was found dead in an alley last August.
Vargas allegedly picked up Moore along E. Sprague, where she was reportedly working as a prostitute. Vargas ran over Moore in his truck, according to police.
He also faces jail time in a separate rape case.
