SPOKANE-- A murder mystery with Spokane ties airs Saturday on CBS' 48 Hours.
Rhonda Reynolds was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head in 1998. Her death was originally ruled a suicide, but a coroners inquest recently changed the case to homicide.
KREM 2 Katie Utehs interviewed 48 Hours Peter Van Sant about the story.
For the first time 48 Hours Peter Van Sant interviewed the two men some believe killed Reynolds; her estranged husband and his son.
Rhonda Reynolds mother, Barb Thompson, lives in Spokane and has insisted her daughter was murdered. She believes Ron and Jonathan are responsible.
In the CBS special you'll also hear from Thompson. Van Sant says they spent a lot of time with her in Spokane.
You can watch that 48 Hours special on Ronda Reynolds on KREM 2 Saturday night at 10 p.m.
