COULEE CITY, Wash.-- A man died Sunday after falling from a cliff near Coulee City.
Grant County authorities said the victim and a friend were climbing in an area near State Route 155, about nine miles north of the town.
Around 2 p.m., authorities got a call reporting the man had fallen 150 feet off a hiking trail. First responders said the man died at the scene.
Police have identified the man as 60-year-old Robert Andrew Prosser. The cause of death has been determined as trauma to the head and chest.
