ATHOL, Idaho -- Deputies searched Tuesday for a man who they said became violent at a party near Athol over the weekend.

Authorities said Terry Andrew Clark, 25, of Coeur d’Alene attended a large outdoor party in the area of Old Highway 95 and Brunner Rd in the early morning hours April 12. During the party, Clark started attacking some of the other partygoers, according to the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.  Witnesses and victims said Clark began hitting people with a handgun, deputies said.

When deputies arrived to the scene, officials said most of the attendees had left, including Clark, who reportedly fled the area on foot.

Four people were taken to Kootenai Health for treatment, which included surgery. All the victims had ‘significant’ facial injuries, according to deputies. Michael Bailey, 24, showed KREM 2 News his injuries Tuesday. He claimed he was attacked with a gun.

Investigators did recover a firearm from the scene.

Sheriff’s detectives obtained a felony warrant for Clark’s arrest on four counts of Aggravated Battery. Authorities believed Clark may have fled to the Newport, WA area and could be driving either a black 1996 Cadillac Eldorado (Idaho plate: K401606) or a 1998 red Pontiac Grand Am (Idaho plate: K545681).

Anyone with information on Clark’s whereabouts was asked to contact the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.
