EAGLE -- A 47-year-old Eagle man who was driving himself to the hospital while suffering from a heart attack crashed on Eagle Road last night.
Ada County Sheriff's deputies report the accident happened near Mace Road just before 11:15 p.m Monday.
Forty-seven-year-old Bruce Hubler was driving near the Island Woods subdivision when his SUV veered into oncoming traffic, drove up and over a grassy hill, and hit a tree.
Hubler was taken to Saint Alphonsus Eagle Health Center where he was later pronounced dead.
