MOSES LAKE, Wash.--A man wanted in connection with the shooting of Dale Olmos near Moses Lake was arrested Sunday.
Moses Lake Police said Gilbert Williamson was taken into custody at a home on Earl Road. He was booked into the Grant County Jail.
Olmos was shot on December 10. Prosecutors charged Williamson with first-degree rendering criminal assistance for his role in the shooting.
Jordan Wiester, 21, and Jose Rivera, 16, are in custody and facing charges of attempted first-degree murder.
“I am thankful for the tips sent to us by citizens, and to the Moses Lake Police Department for catching Williamson and getting him into custody,” said Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones.
