NEAR PECK, Idaho -- A man involved in a crash earlier this month has succumbed to his injuries.
Carlos Harris, 50, was injured when he failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 12 and Big Canyon Road on Dec. 1.
He lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree. Harris was not wearing his seatbelt.
Police say alcohol was involved in this crash.
