LEWISTON, Idaho— Officers with a keen eye Wednesday managed to locate a car possibly connected to a voyeurism case in Lewiston.
Authorities spotted the vehicle that may have belonged to a man accused of committing video voyeurism type acts at local businesses in the Lewis-Clark Valley. Female victims reported to police the male suspect was attempting to take photographs or videos with a cell phone underneath the victims’ garments.
Police served several search warrants on the suspect’s home and cars. Officers made contact with the man identified as Randy W. Merrill, 46, who they later arrested.
Merrill was charged for one count of video voyeurism and booked into the Nez Perce County Jail.
