SPOKANE -- The KREM 2 Pothole Patrol is packing up because the heavy freeze-thaw cycle that busts up the pavement is pretty much done for the season.
It was a busier week than normal for Spokane City street crews. Workers patched u p 140 potholes for the week. That pushes the City’s total past 900 for the year.
The City of Spokane launched a bew online service to report potholes. Drivers can turn them in here on their computers, smart phones and tablets.
You need to enter the size and location of the pothole. They can also pin the location on a map and send along a photo. The Street Department’s phone line is also still available. Drivers can call 509-625-7733.
Spokane Valley accepts online submissions. Click on the "report a problem" link on the left side of the page and select "report a pothole." Don't forget to be very specific about the pothole's location.
